In April 2017, the Judicial Panel on Multi-district Litigation issued an order consolidating all Stryker LFIT V40 cases filed in federal court before a single judge in Massachusetts.
The purpose of this consolidation is to provide oversight and assistance by the Court in conducting complex national discovery in a coordinated manner for all parties.
This is the first step in coordinating a large class action lawsuit, eventually leading to trial or settlement.
